We want you to love your Selena Gomez Official Store purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition merchandise and beauty products may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
